I'm Lily, a registered performance nutritionist. With a background that includes tackling both ultra-running and triathlon myself, I've seen firsthand how the right nutrition can transform your energy, recovery, and race-day performance.
My approach is evidence-based, but it's also grounded in real life. I understand that we aren’t all full-time professional athletes, and are often balancing training with a job, family, and other responsibilities.

Nope — not if you don’t want to. Some clients love tracking because it gives them data and structure. Others prefer a more intuitive approach using habits, portion guides, or meal templates. We’ll find a method that works for you, your goals, and your lifestyle. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress and long-term results.
Not at all! While we specialise in fuelling strategies for triathlon, HYROX, and endurance events, we also work with the general population on health, energy, and weight management. Whether you’re chasing a finish line or simply want to feel, perform, and recover better in everyday life, this programme adapts to you.
You’ll have regular check-ins, access to your coach through your coaching app, and responses within 24–48 hours. Depending on your plan, there may also be video reviews, dietary analysis, and ongoing WhatsApp or email support. We also have a community WhatsApp group where people ask common questions.
